E-BIKE TECH – TRAINING PROGRAM FOR DEALERS
Bad Nauheim, August 23, 2016 – TranzX, a leading manufacturer of e‐bike systems and bicycle components, frequently offers its expertise to dealers through its training program “eBike Tech”. Just in time for the new bicycle season 2017, the system and component manufacturer will offer several workshops at its training center in Bad Nauheim near Frankfurt. The seminars start on December 6, 2016 and are particularly targeted to bicycle dealers.
Training will be conducted by TranzX service managers and will take place Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Until January 19 2017, dealers will be able to get familiar with TranzX’s new products and obtain the necessary service skills. Hands‐on training will also be provided.
„The training program is a standard element in our annual planning,” explains TranzX Service Manager Dirk Hoeflein. „With many participants from across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the feedback of previous attendees was exceptionally good.”
Those interested can choose between two training modules – the Basic Training and the 2016/2017 Product Line Training. Both sessions can also be combined. The Basic Training will feature useful information concerning the proper handling of TranzX systems. Motor and battery basics will be taught as well as the necessary know‐how for error detection. Tips for the repair and replacement of components will also be provided.
Products of the model year 2016/2017, such as the central motor M25, will be the focus of the second training session. The maintenance of new products will also be demonstrated. Another emphasis will lie on the communications system LogiX as well as on the CANbus technology. Furthermore, participants will be able to gain insight into the subject of connectivity and the navigation system Teasi.
Upon completion, attendees will receive extensive training material as well as an official certificate. You can find the seminar dates as well as registration information on the website tranzx.com in the dealer area.
